Years of loan lending portfolio management
experience
in MFBs and MFIs.
Job Description:
Ø Identity, Generate new and manage existing loan
portfolio.
Ø Assess the eligibility of a prospective customer for
granting bara karobar loan within policies and procedures of the POMFBL.
Ø Achieve individual targets by formulating effective
action plans.
Ø Maintain strong liaison with the existing customers and
monitor receivables to remain within the defined parameters of the Bank.
Ø Ensure completion of
loan and security documents and conduct Home/ Business visits to the
customers.
